Coaches
Each coach is an account with its own roster and a join code agents use to self-register.
Agents
Add agents to a coach's roster. Each agent links their own login later by self-registering with the coach's join code.
Organizations
A brokerage or a team. Each holds its own coaches, leaders, and locations. The leaderboard and leadership reporting scope by organization — so a team's roster never mixes into the brokerage board.
Learning progress
Verify completions and track who has finished what. Pick a coach to verify pending lessons and see each agent, or an organization for a leadership rollup across coaches.
Curriculum
Build learning modules and their lessons, owned by an organization or by a coach. Flag a module as onboarding and/or token-earning. Reorder with the arrows; deactivate to retire content. Only the super admin can delete.
Leaderboard
Token standings across your roster. Class 1 · Agreement 2 · Contract 3 · Closing 4 — awarded at each milestone, voided only if an entry is deleted.

Manage the class catalog, then track who has completed required and onboarding classes.

Reviews
GCI overrides entered by Access agents, pending your confirmation. A manual GCI bypasses the amount × commission formula, so it needs a coach sign-off before it counts as verified.
Agent
Clients, their agreements, and the transactions under each. GCI, company dollar, and coaching comp/loss are calculated automatically.
Coach comparison
Coaching income potential, realized comp, and losses by coach. Potential is live as of today; realized comp and losses fall within the selected period.
